Many families travel long distances to receive medical care for their seriously ill and injured children. RMHC helps them stay together by providing food and housing and other services to create the closest to a family-life far from home. Families are stronger together, which helps the treatment and healing process.

RMHC supports children and families in more than 64 countries and regions and its services can be found in close to 80% of the world’s best children’s hospitals, assisting over 5.5 million families every year. RMHC spends 87 cents of every dollar raised on its family programs and is one of the highest rated charities in its field by Charity Navigator, an American independent charity watchdog organization that evaluates charities.
